This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual intending to pursue a career in retail management. During this course, the student will be kept abreast of the latest trends and fashion in the retail industry, in order to cater to customer’s every whim. The Diploma in Business and Retail Management is particularly designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to flourish in the retail industry and establishments. Topics covered in this course would include introduction to the operations of the retail business, customer service, introduction to how to read financial statements, marketing and branding, and sales and personal selling.
