The Diploma in Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization is a comprehensive programme designed for finance, legal, technology, and business professionals seeking to develop expertise in the emerging field of asset tokenization on blockchain infrastructure. Spanning 12 modules, the curriculum integrates technical, legal, operational, and strategic dimensions of tokenizing physical and
intangible assets.
Students will gain applied knowledge in blockchain architecture, securities law and compliance, smart contract logic, tokenomics design, custody management, platform engineering, and go-to-market strategy. The programme culminates in a Capstone Project (The IAO Launchpad), where learners design and present a complete Initial Asset Offering from asset selection to investor pitch.
This diploma is structured to meet the needs of professionals working in or transitioning into roles within digital asset management, fintech, family offices, wealth management, legal advisory, and blockchain development.

Applicant must meet the following requirements to enroll into the course:
Age
- Minimum 16 years old
Academic Qualifications
- 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes at C6 and above; or
- NITEC or Higher NITEC; or
- High School Graduation Certificate; or equivalent
English Language Proficiency
- GCE ‘O’ Level Pass in English at C6 and above; or
- IELTS 5.0 and above; or
- TOEFL 49 and above; or
- Pearson Test of English (PTEA) 42 and above; or
- Duolingo English Test Score (DET) score of 75 and above; or
- Pass in IMSC Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test
