Workshop Overview
The restaurant industry is diverse and, along with the hotel industry, is one of the biggest sectors in hospitality. It includes any establishment focused on dine-in food services, from independent cafes and bars to large restaurant chains. Restaurant entrepreneurs are individuals who start their own restaurant business. If you’re keen to become an entrepreneur in the food industry, you’ll find endless opportunities in this workshop.
Workshop Objectives:
Restaurant Entrepreneurship / Crafting of Cocktails & Mocktails
• Outline of entrepreneurship and to develop knowledge of types of entrepreneurs.
• Understanding the characteristics and attributes of the restaurant.
• To broaden and to have deeper understanding of the industry.
